Prices are per night, per apartment, and based on a 7 night minimum stay for 4 people.
Each additional person pays a surcharge:
• from 0 to 3 years old is free of charge
• from 3 to 5 years 15,00 euro per day
• from 6 years old upwards 25,00 euro per day
An obligatory fee of € 70 for final cleaning applies.
All people over the age of 14 years have to pay local taxes of  € 3,00per night.
Tax is not included in the total price of the stay.

Booking conditions
You will receive a booking confirmation once we receive your written reservation request (e-mail residence@schaefer-innichen.it to or fax to +39 0474 913 034) and a deposit of 50% of the total amount has been transferred to our account (Raika Hochpustertal, account# IT 56 V 08020 58790 00030 1005804

Payment
You can pay the balance on location either by cash (according to legal restraints), debit or credit card

Departures
until 9.30am

Arrivals
from 4pm. Guest arriving after 7pm, please kindly advice us in advance.

Cancellation condition
cancellations and alterations of your booking are free up to 50 days prior to your arrival. 60% of the total amount will be charged for a cancellation up to 7 days before you arrive and within the last week we charge the full amount of your stay. In case of a sudden early departure, late arrival or absence the full amount has to be paid.
